The beautiful gardens and grassed areas immediately create a sense of relaxation. The pool area was a perfect size and always clean, which made for good afternoons. Dining at the open-air restaurant offered a fantastic menu with food that was consistently delicious.

moldy shower

slow meals

the room was a disaster,, toilet seat loose, shower full of mold. I almost gave a good review, but no one offered an upgrade or even a free drink despite the inconvenience. the tiny pool, honestly, felt like a kiddie area. The breakfast was slow, meals coming out one by one like it's a race. Absoluteley disappointing!

The bathroom could use an aesthetic upgrade to match the room!!! Scooter rental service was disorganized, leading to unnecessary stress during our trip. Cleanliness in common areas seemed inconsistent, detracting from the overall experience!!!

A Fun Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

We spent 4 nights enjoying the beautiful sea view, but the room decor needs updating. Helpful staff arranged better motorcycles for us after noticing the initial ones were in bad shape. For better beach access, consider visiting a nearby location. the hotel's beach felt neglected.

nice outdoor areas

Just a solid selection for resting at all in General Luna with value for money. The outdoor areas were nice for relaxing. Be sure to check the condition of the scooters before renting them.

The beachfront location is amazing, with stunning views! The spacious pool was always clean, and the friendly staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Beautiful landscaping adds a nice touch!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, we enjoyed the outdoor dining area for breakfast with beautiful sea views and had the convenience of renting a bike to explore the area, which made getting around effortless.
